Our online vouchers will be emailed to you directly after purchase. If you would like to have a hardcover voucher, please add it to your request.

We will send you hardcover vouchers and flyers with additional postal charges. Simply add it to your request and let us know your address.

If you want your voucher to be based on the entrance fees, it is best to calculate with 33,00 € or 30,00 € per person. You can find the exact prices by choosing a date and number of players for your game under “Booking”.

You can also come by and pick up the vouchers. Since we are not always on site, however, a telephone consultation is required for this.

Notes on the vouchers

  • The vouchers are valid for 3 years. The date of issue and order is decisive.
  • We cannot pay out the voucher value in cash.
  • Residual credit is also not paid out in cash: however, it is retained if the value of the voucher has not been redeemed in full.
  • The subsequent settlement of an online booking with a voucher is not possible.
  • Our prices are based on the number of players: the more players, the cheaper it is per person. You can find the exact prices by choosing a date and number of players for your game under “Booking“.
